Franco Panizo has been named the new high school sports reporter for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. He will write on high school sports and college recruiting in Broward County and Palm Beach County. He replaces Adam Lichtenstein, who was promoted to University of Miami Hurricanes beat writer in January.
Panizo has co-hosted the Miami Total Futbol podcast since 2020. He will occasionally cover Inter Miami CF games for the newspaper.
