Spring Training Delayed

     Spring training baseball will not start on time in 2022. The Major League Baseball lockout has been in effect since early December. Pitchers and catchers were expected to arrive earlier this week.   

     A statement from Major League Baseball was issued that spring training contests will not begin until at least March 5. Local Palm Beach County facilities such as Roger Dean Stadium and the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches will be affected from the delay.
