Cincinnati(5-10) had a 7-0 lead with 3:57 left in the first quarter. Tee Higgins caught a nine-yard touchdown pass from Joe Burrow on the right side of the end zone.
Miami(6-9) answered back on their next possession to tie it 7-7 with 2:25 to go in the first. De'Von Achane raced through the left side on a 47-yard touchdown run.
The Bengals reclaimed the lead 10-7 with 6:06 remaining in the second quarter. Evan McPherson was able to kick a 45-yard field goal.
The Dolphins moves ahead 14-10 with 2:24 left in the second. Malik Washington went around the right end and scored from 10 yards out.
It became 17-14 for Cincinnati with 1:24 to go in the first half. Samaje Perine bolted up the middle from four yards out.
In the third quarter, the Bengals made it 24-14 at the 9:43 mark. Burrow connected a nine-yard touchdown pass to Chase Brown on the left sideline.
After a Cincinnati interception, they expanded their lead to 31-14 with 8:32 left in the third. Brown sprinted up the middle from 12 yards away.
The Bengals extended it to 38-14 with 2:25 remaining in the quarter. Burrow tossed a five-yard pass to Brown on the front right side of the end zone.
The Dolphins trailed 45-14 with 13:32 to go in the final quarter. Mike Gesicki burned his former team as he caught a 17-yard touchdown pass from Burrow in the front of the end zone.
The Fins closes it to 45-21 with 3:43 left in the fourth. Jaylen Wright rushed through the right side of the line from three yards out.
