Knicks Outscore Heat

     The New York Knicks outdueled the Miami Heat 132-125 at Madison Square Garden on Sunday night. The Heat concluded a three-game road trip. The Knicks captured the NBA Cup five days ago in Las Vegas.
     Miami(15-14) zipped out to a 37-30 advantage by the end of the first quarter. New York(20-8) answered back in the second quarter and took a 66-62 halftime lead. 
     The Heat kept it close in the rapid pace during the third quarter and trailed 105-99 at the end of the frame. The Knicks were able to hold off Miami late in the final quarter. 
     Kel'el Ware led the Heat with 28 points and 19 rebounds for a double-double. Norman Powell dropped in 22 points and Jaime Jaquez Jr. drained in 23 points. Bam Adebayo fell short of a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. 
     Jalen Brunson nailed a game-high 47 points for the Knicks. Mikal Bridges added 24 points and OG Anunoby contributed 18 points. Josh Hart finished with a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.
