Heat Bounce Nets

     The Miami Heat downed the Brooklyn Nets 106-95 at Barclays Center on Thursday night. The Heat started a three-game road trip and snapped their five-game losing streak. It was a season-low in points for the Nets this season. 
     Miami(15-12) broke out to a 30-27 lead at the end of the opening quarter. The Heat were able to stay in front 54-49 by halftime. 
     Brooklyn(7-19) took the lead midway through the third quarter, however they trailed 77-73 at the end of the frame. The Nets could not catch up near the end of the final quarter. 
     Norman Powell dropped in a team-high 24 points for Miami. Kel'el Ware composed a double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds. Jaime Jaquez Jr. came off the bench with 19 points while Bam Adebayo had eight points and 17 rebounds. 
      Michael Porter Jr. scored a game-high 28 points for Brooklyn. Nic Claxton compiled 16 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double.
