2026 FIFA World Cup Draw

The 2026 FIFA World Cup draw was held on worldwide television at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. on Friday. The field was increased from 32 countries to 48 countries for next year's event. They were divided in the drawing into 12 four-country groups.
The United States automatically qualified as a host nation and was place in Group D. They were joined by Australia, Paraguay and a yet-to-be known European opponent. The United States last hosted a World Cup back in 1994.
Hard Rock Stadium in Miami will host seven World Cup games in 2026. It will include a semifinal matchup in the tournament.
