Luis Suarez Hat Trick Sinks New York Red Bulls

Luis Suarez compiled a hat trick as Inter Miami CF pounded New York Red Bulls 6-2 at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday night. It was payback from earlier this season when New York(4-2-5) blanked Inter Miami CF 4-0 in New Jersey on March 23. The Herons extended their winning streak to four games.
Lionel Messi set a new Major League Soccer record being involved in six goals during one contest. He finished with one goal along with five assists. Messi scored his league-leading 10th goal of the season in the 50th minute for a 3-1 advantage. He set new MLS records with five assists in one game and five assists in one half.
Suarez ended up with a natural hat trick with goals in the 69th minute, 75th minute, and 81st minute of play. It gave Inter Miami CF(7-2-3) a 6-1 lead late in the contest.
