Dodgers Two-Hit Marlins

    The Los Angeles Dodgers held Miami to a two-hitter as they shut down the Marlins 5-0 on Sunday at Marlins Park. Dodgers starter Chris Capuano had a no-hitter after 6 1/3 innings until in was broken up by a Jose Reyes single. Capuano(11-8) struck out ten and gave up only two hits in eight innings pitched for the victory. Wade LeBlanc(1-2) went seven innings and allowed one run on six hits.
    Los Angeles got their first run against LeBlanc in the third inning. Capuano and Shane Victorino both singled to center field. Mark Ellis loaded the bases as he picked up a bunt single. After Matt Kemp struck out, Capuano scored on a sacrifice fly to left field by former Marlin Hanley Ramirez.
    Heath Bell entered the game for LeBlanc in the eighth inning and was credited for four runs allowed. With one out, Ellis got an infield single and Kemp followed with a double to left field. Ramirez brought in Ellis and Kemp on to left field. He advanced to second on the play.
    Ramirez scored on a single by Andre Ethier into right-center field and Bell was taken out for Chris Hatcher. Following Juan Rivera striking out, Luis Cruz drove Ethier in with a double to deep right-center field.
