Marlins Outlast Dodgers

    The Miami Marlins came from behind to beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 7-3 at Marlins Park on Saturday night. Ricky Nolasco(9-11) picked up the victory for Miami as he went five innings and allowed two runs on nine hits. Dodgers recent acquisition Joe Blanton(8-10) pitched five innings and surrendered four runs on six hits.
    The Dodgers took the lead during the fourth inning. A.J. Ellis got a one-out to deep left field and advanced to third on a base hit by Blanton. Shane Victorino grounded out to second for Ellis to score.
    Los Angeles added another run in the fifth inning. Matt Kemp led off with a single to center field and later stole second. He scored on a single by Andre Ethier into right center for a 2-0 lead.
    Miami rallied with a four-run rally to take the lead in the bottom of the fifth. Donovan Solano popped a one-out double to left and scored on a double into left field by Nick Green. John Buck got an RBI-double to deep center field as Green scored to tie the game at 2-2.
    After a single by Austin Kearns, Buck scored on a sacrifice to the pitcher by Gorkys Hernandez. Justin Ruggiano followed with a single to right field and brought in Kearns.
    Brandon League gave up three runs to the Marlins in the eighth inning. Hernandez was on third and Jose Reyes was on first with one out. Carlos Lee knocked both runners in on a double to deep left-center field. Two batters later, Solano singled into right field for Lee to cross the plate.
    In the ninth inning, the Dodgers picked up one run off Steve Cishek. Victorino started with a double to left-center field. He scored two batters later when Kemp grounded out to short.
