The Miami Heat continued their road trip as they beat the Detroit Pistons 120-115 in overitme at Little Caesars Arena on Monday night. The Heat were able to break a three-game losing streak.
Miami(4-5) had a 28-27 edge after one quarter and were tied with the Pistons 53-53 at halftime. Detroit(4-5) were behind after three quarters 87-80, however they came back to put the contest into overtime. The Heat outscored the Pistons 15-10 in overtime and got the victory.
Miami was led by Josh Richardson as he scored 27 points. Goran Dragic placed in 21 points while Dwyane Wade added 18 points. Detroit got double-double by Blake Griffin with 24 points and 15 rebounds along with Andre Drummond who had 25 points and 24 rebounds.
