The Indiana Pacers breezed by the Miami Heat 110-102 on Friday night at American Airlines Arena. The Heat, who had a two-game winning streak snapped, introduced and played in their new Miami Vice style jerseys for the contest.
Miami(5-6) was slightly ahead 26-24 after one quarter and extended their lead to 59-51 by halftime. Indiana(8-5) rallied and went up 84-80 after three quarters. The Pacers were able to withhold a rush by Miami to win the game.
Kelly Olynyk had 20 points and Josh Richardson added 18 points for the Heat. Hassan Whiteside put together a double-double of 11 points and 20 rebounds. Victor Oladipo compiled a game-high 22 points and eight assists for Indiana.
