The Washington Nationals took the Miami Marlins 5-0 at Nationals Park on Saturday. The Marlins dropped their second straight game following a six-game winning streak.
Washington(21-31) got all their runs during the bottom of the fourth. Juan Soto singled to right which scored Anthony Rendon. Soto would score on a fielding error by Brian Anderson.
Miami(16-33) later gave up three more runs later in the frame. Yan Gomes drove in Matt Adams, Brian Dozier and Victor Robles with a double to right field.
