Former Miami Dolphins tight end Randy McMichael has been promoted to midday co-host on WZGC-FM in Atlanta. He had done a Saturday morning college football program on that station since 2015.
McMichael was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He had 283 catches for 3,096 yards and 18 touchdowns in five seasons with the Dolphins. McMichael started in all 80 games he played with Miami. He also played for the St. Louis Rams and San Diego Chargers in his 11-year NFL career.
