Former South Florida sportscaster Jorge Sedano will shift on KSPN-AM in Los Angeles from evenings to late mornings as of February 3. He recently signed a long-term extension with ESPN.
Sedano worked in Miami for several radio stations from 1999 until 2013. It included stops at 1700 The Fan WAFN-AM, 940 Fox Sports Radio WRFX-AM, News Radio 610 WIOD-AM, Sports Talk 790 The Ticket WAXY-AM and 560 WQAM-AM. He was an overnight host on Fox Sports Radio in the mid 2000s and studio host on the Miami Heat Radio Network. He moved to ESPN Radio in Connecticut to host a syndicated national show in September 2013.
He joined KSPN-AM in September 2016 as a morning co-host and was shifted to host afternoons in September 2018. Sedano took over evenings at that radio station in September 2019.
Sedano did television work as a sports anchor with WFOR-AM Channel 4 and Miami Heat studio host for Sun Sports. He currently works at ESPN in several capacities. Sedano is an NBA sideline reporter, panelist on Around The Horn, backup studio host on The Jump and studio host on Sports Nacion.
