Former local television sportscaster Prim Siripipat is now with The Athletic. She is hosting a podcast series called The Next Chapter on The Athletic Sports Business.
Siripipat was as a weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter for WFOR-TV Channel 4 in Miami from August 2007 to March 2010. She moved on to ESPN in 2011 to become a sports anchor until 2017.
She recently worked in August and September at the U.S. Open in New York City as a digital lifestyle studio co-host for U.S. Open Now. Siripipat was also a tennis game analyst on the ACC Network and the Pan American Games in 2019. Prior to arriving in South Florida, she was a sports reporter and producer at News 14 Carolina in Raleigh.
