Scott Ferrall Leaves CBS Sports Radio

     Former Miami sports talk radio host Scott Ferrall has left CBS Sports Radio Network. He was the late night host there from its launch in January 2013 until earlier this month. His last program was on January 7.
     Ferrall will be joining SportsGrid on January 29. He will host a two-hour video sports betting afternoon show and a two-hour video sports betting evening show.
     He had a stint as a mid-morning host on 560 WQAM-AM during 2003 and 2004. His show was sandwiched between the Howard David Show and the Neil Rogers Show.
     Ferrall, a University of Indiana grad, has been known over the last 25 years hosting nationally syndicated sports shows. He hosted Ferrall On The Bench during late nights on Westwood One from 1995 to 1999. After a stint as the Atlanta Thrashers radio play-by-play announcer for one season, he was a part of Sportsfan Radio Network as a late night host from 2000 until he did their final program on April 23, 2001.
     He has been primarily based in New York City since the middle of 2001. Ferrall hosted a morning talk show on WNEW-FM and a weekend sports show on WFAN-AM during the early 2000s. He was the evening host on the Howard Stern Channel at SiriusXM Radio from 2006 until 2012.
