The Miami Heat picked up a 112-100 victory over the Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena on Sunday night. The Heat completed a quick weekend road swing and will host The New York Knicks on Wednesday.
Detroit(16-56) had a 29-26 edge at the end of the first quarter. Miami(39-34) would take the lead in the second quarter and they had a 52-47 halftime lead. The Pistons moved in front 81-74 after three quarters. The Heat outscored Detroit 38-19 in the final frame to get the win.
