Miami Survives Drake

     The #5 University of Miami Hurricanes got by the #12 Drake University Bulldogs 63-56 in the Midwest Region first round of the NCAA Tournament in Albany, New York. The Hurricanes will face either Indiana University or Kent State University in the next round. 

     Drake moved out to 30-25 lead by halftime. The Bulldogs were ahead 55-47 late in the second half. The Canes went on a 16-1 in the last four minutes to win the contest.
