Toronto(38-38) had a slight 24-23 edge at the end of the first quarter and remained ahead 53-47 by halftime. Miami(40-36) dropped behind even more during the second half and trailed 84-67 after three quarters.
Tyler Herro led the Heat with a game-high 33 points along with six assists. Bam Adebayo compiled a double-double of 21 points and 12 rebounds. They were the only Miami players who had double-digit scoring. Pascal Siakam poured in a team-high 26 points for the Raptors.
