The Miami Heat pushed by the Utah Jazz 118-115 on Saturday night at FTX Arena. It was the first time that new Utah Jazz part owner Dwyane Wade and his new organization made an appearance in South Florida. Wade was part of the ownership group that bought the Jazz back in April.
Miami(7-2) had a slight 27-22 lead after one quarter and were up 55-52 at halftime. Utah(7-2) kept it close and trailed 87-78 at the end of three quarters. The Heat stayed ahead of the Jazz by at least six points in the fourth quarter.
Kyle Lowry compiled a triple-double for Miami with 20 points, 10 assists and 12 rebounds. Tyler Herro scored 29 points, Jimmy Butler dropped in 27 points and Bam Adebayo powered in 17 points. Donovan Mitchell fired in a game-high 37 points for the Jazz and Mike Conley had 18 points.
