The Miami 'Heat recovered and beat the Detroit Pistons 100-92 at Little Caesars Arena on Tuesday night. It was the beginning of the three-game midwest road trip for the Heat.
Detroit(4-13) had a 25-20 advantage in the end of the first quarter and led 53-46 at halftime. Miami(12-6) was still behind 76-67 after three quarters. The Heat went on a 24-6 run to begin the fourth quarter and pulled away.
Tyler Herro led the way for Miami with a game-high 31 points and eight rebounds. Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo both missed double-doubles with 15 points and nine rebounds each. Kyle Lowry was able to place 15 points in the victory. Jerami Grant had a team-high 21 points along with seven rebounds for the Pistons.
