Inter Miami CF xxxxx Nashville SC x-x at GEODIS Park on Saturday night. The Herons continued their rivalry against one of their top Eastern Conference foes over the last couple of years. It was the 12nd meeting between both teams in all competitions since 2014.
Both teams hold the top two spots in the Eastern Conference standings. The Herons enter the contest with a 1-2-1 overall record in all competitions over the past four contests. They were eliminated from the League Cup tournament on Wednesday.
