The Miami Marlins have claimed relief pitcher Wikelman Gonzalez off waivers from the Chicago White Sox. He will be sent to the Marlins Triple-A affiliate in Jacksonville.
Gonzalez made his Major League Baseball debut with the White Sox last season. He ended up with a 1-0 record and a 2.66 earned run average in 16 games
