The Miami Marlins overcame the Washington Nationals Miami Marlins 6-2 on Sunday at Nationals Park. Both teams will complete their four-game weekend series tomorrow.
Washington(65-73) had a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the fifth. Nasim Nunez doubled to deep right field and Jacob Young scored.
Miami(68-68) gave up another run in the eighth inning and the Marlins were down 2-0. Daylen Lile hoit a sacrifice fly to left field and Brady House crossed the plate.
The Marlins came back with tsix runs in the top of the ninth to take a 6-2l ead. The Nats could not score in the vottom of he frame.
