Panthers Confused By Stars In Canada

The Florida Panthers lost to the Dallas Stars 2-1 in overtime at Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario on Sunday. It was a rare circumstance that both teams wore their road white jerseys during the contest. The Cats were the designated home team and looked upon to use their red uniforms.
The Panthers moved this preseason game which was scheduled originally in Sunrise to London because current general manager Tom Rowe once played junior for London in the Ontario Hockey Association from 1974 until 1976.
Florida got their one goal from Jonathan Huberdeau during the first period. Antione Roussel tied the game for the Stars in the second period. Nick Ebert scored the game-winning goal to give Dallas the victory in overtime.
