The Florida Panthers visited Toronto and lost to the Maple Leafs 3-2 at Air Canada Centre on Thursday night. It was the second game of a four-game road trip for the club. The Cats finish this weekend at Buffalo and Detroit.
Jonathan Marchessault scored both goals for Florida(3-3-1) in the contest. He now has five goals and five assists in seven games this season for the Panthers.
Toronto(2-2-3) put in the go-ahead goal during the second period. Tyler Bozak compiled two goals while James Van Riemsdyk added another tally for his fourth goal this season.
