Former wide receiver Cris Carter is no longer with Fox Sports 1. He has co-hosted the morning show First Things First with Nick Wright since December 2016. His final appearance on the program was on October 30. He previously did broadcast work on ESPN and HBO.
Carter played one season with the Miami Dolphins in 2002. He also was with the Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings in his 15-year career. Carter was elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2013.
He worked as an assistant coach with the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders from the mid-2000s until the mid-2010s. The team won FHSAA state titles in 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2012.
