The Boston Celtics held off the Miami Heat 112-93 at TD Garden on Wednesday night. The Heat, who had their three-game winning streak stopped, finished off a three-game road trip.
Miami(15-6) had a 28-20 advantage after one quarter, however they were down 52-44 at halftime. Boston(15-5) went on an 11-3 spurt to end the third quarter up 82-69. The C's outscored the Heat 30-24 in the final quarter.
Miami was led by Jimmy Butler as he dropped in a game-high 37 points. Kelly Olynyk added 12 points and Justise Winslow had 10. Jaylen Brown got 31 points and Kemba Walker put in 28 points for the Celtics.
