Former University of Miami Hurricanes linebacker Jonathan Vilma will become the new college football studio analyst on ABC Sports. He has been a college football studio analyst on ESPN for the last two years.
Vilma, a Coral Gables High School grad, helped the University of Miami win their last national championship in 2001. He was drafted by the New York Jets in 2004 and played with them for four seasons. Vilma was traded by the Jets in February 2008 and he won Super Bowl 44 with the New Orleans Saints at Sun Life Stadium in Miami.
