Heat Trap Grizzlies

     The Miami Heat slid by the Memphis Grizzlies 108-102 on Wednesday night at FedEx Forum. The Heat began a stretch in which they will play nine of their next 10 games on the road. 
     Miami(4-4) began the first quarter on a 18-10 spurt and were up 33-26 at the end of the frame. The Heat had a 54-46 advantage by halftime. 
     Memphis(1-7) got on an 18- 11 run to start the second half, however they trailed 77-76 at the conclusion of the third quarter. The Grizzlies finally got the lead at the beginning of the fourth quarter. with a three-point shot. The Heat reclaimed the lead with 8:51 left in the fourth and remained in front for the rest of the way.
     Bam Adebayo led Miami with a double-double of 30 points and 11 rebounds. Kyle Lowry fell short of a triple-double with 17 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists. Jimmy Butler added 15 points and Haywood Highsmith had 14 points. Jaren Jackson Jr. dropped in a team-high 28 points for Memphis.
