Heat Beat Nets

     The Miami Heat outhustled the Brooklyn Nets 122-115 on Thursday night at Kaseya Center. It was the only home contest for Miami in a 10-game stretch. The Heat hosted the Nets in the same venue 15 days ago. 
     Miami(8-4), who have won seven straight games, had a 30-27 at the end of the first quarter. The Heat would remain up 60-52 at halftime. 
     Brooklyn(6-6) could not gain any ground and trailed 95-83 after three quarters. The Nets cut the lead down to seven points in the final two minutes of the final quarter.
     Jimmy Butler led the Heat with 36 points for Miami. Duncan Robinson added 26 points while Bam Adebayo contributed 20 points and seven rebounds. Mikal Bridges shared a team-high 23 points along with Lonnie Walker IV for Nets.
