The Palm Beach Central Broncos head east and take on the John I. Leonard Lancers on Friday night. It is a non-district contest between two Class 8A Palm Beach County schools.
Palm Beach Central(7-2) clinched the District 10 title in Class 8A with a 28-14 victory over Palm Beach Gardens last week. The Broncos have won seven of their last eight games. Quarterback Anarjahe Douriet intends to find wide receivers Bryan Robinson and Cedric Johnson on pass receptions down the field. Running back Jordan Kolnick can get some carries from the backfield.
John I. Leonard(2-7) finished in last place among teams in District 11. They have lost their last two games following a win over West Boca Raton. Lancers quarterback Jadiel Cruz can connect passes to wide receivers Ahmad Orange, Jonel Dieujuste and Brandon McCrary. Running backs Henry Dean and Kenneth Charles will get their rushing attempts.
