Palm Beach Central Battles Park Vista

The Palm Beach Central Broncos were ahead of the Park Vista Cobras 21-7 in West Palm Beach on Friday night when the contest was stopped due to a weather delay midway through the second quarter. The game involved the only two undefeated large schools in the Palm Beach County area.
Park Vista got out to a 7-0 lead at 9:22 mark of the first quarter. Running back Jordan Clemons went off-left guard and into the end zone from one yard out.
Palm Beach Central tied it up 7-7 with 4:13 left in the first. Former Park Vista running back Markel King burned his former team as he charged through the left side of the line and scored from 40 yards away.
In the second quarter, the Broncos pulled ahead 13-7 at 11:46. Quarterback Ahmad Haston threw a bubble screen to the right side and wide receiver Aldorson Estinvil sprinted up the middle of the field for a 67-yard touchdown.
Palm Beach Central expanded it to 21-7 with 5:01 remaining in the second. King busted up the middle and down the left hash marks on an 87-yard touchdown run. Haston found wide receiver Javorian Wimberly in the back of the end zone for the two-point conversion.
