Palm Beach County Blowouts

     There were several high school football games in Palm Beach County on Thursday night. The west Boynton Beach contests unfortunately were not competitive and were blowouts. 

     The Park Vista Cobras(6-2) hosted and blanked the John I. Leonard Lancers 35-0. The Cobras stopped a two-game losing streak after winning their first five games of the regular season. John I. Leonard(1-8) have lost eight consecutive games since wining their season opener.  

     The Somerset Academy Canyons Cougars(3-5) walloped the Palm Glades Prep Academy Eagles 55-0 at home on Thursday night. The Canyons fell in their first four games of the regular season and prevailed in three of their last four contests. It was their fifth home night game since the school installed overhead field lights and new field turf prior to the campaign. Palm Beach Prep Academy(0-9) has not won a game in the 2021 season.
