The Atlanta Hawks got a 118-103 victory over the Miami Heat on Friday night at State Farm Arena. The Heat finished a quick two-game road swing.
Atlanta(33-27) had a 31-30 lead after one quarter and were barely up 62-61 at halftime. The Hawks led 95-89 at the end of third quarters. Miami(31-29) was outscored 23-14 in the final quarter.
Kendrick Nunn dropped in a team-high 21 points for the Heat while Jimmy Butler added 19 points. Bam Adebayo was able to get 16 points. Trevor Ariza contributed a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Bogdan Bogdanovic had 21 points and eight assists for Atlanta. John Collins put together 20 points along with eight rebounds. Brandon Goodwin and Danilo Gallinari both scored 17 points each.
