Marlins Breeze By Giants

     The Miami Marlins outlasted the San Francisco Giants 4-1 at loanDepot park on Friday night. It was the start of a five-game homestand for the Fish. 
     San Francisco(8-5) took a 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth. Evan Longoria drove in Mike Yastrzemski with a base hit to left field. 
     In the fifth inning, Miami(6-7) pulled evened at 1-1. Jazz Chisholm Jr. socked a home run on a 3-2 pitch that went off the top of the right-field fence and into the bullpen. 
     The Marlins extended their lead to 4-1 in the bottom of the eighth with a one-out rally. Jesus Aguilar walked and Corey Dickerson followed with a single to left field. Starling Marte came up next a blasted a three-run homer to left-center field on a 0-1 count. Pinch-runner Magneuris Sierra and Dickerson scored in front of him on the play.
