Heat Knock Off Spurs

     The Miami Heat picked up a 116-111 victory over the San Antonio Spurs at American Airlines Arena on Wednesday night. The Heat return to the road on Saturday against Cleveland. 
     Miami(33-30) had a 31-20 advantage after one quarter and led 55-54 at halftime. San Antonio(31-30) still trailed 82-74 at the end of three quarters. 
     The Heat were led by Jimmy Butler with 29 points, eight rebounds and six assists. Bam Adebayo placed a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Kendrick Nunn, Goran Dragic and Dewayne Dedmon all had 18 points each. 
     Dejounte Murray had a team-high 22 points for the Spurs. DeMar DeRozan contributed 20 points while Lonnie Walker IV scored 18 points.
