Heat Defeat Warriors

     The Miami Heat downed the Golden State Warriors 116-109 at American Airlines Arena on Thursday night. The Heat have been victorious in three straight games. Victor Oladipo made his Miami debut and had six points in 23 minutes. 
     Miami(25-24) scored the first eight points of the contest, however Golden State(23-24) had a 24-23 edge at the end of one quarter. The Heat stayed ahead 59-54 by halftime and were up 86-81 after three quarters. Miami had a 12-5 spurt to begin the final quarter and pulled away. 
     Jimmy Butler contributed 22 points, eight assists and six rebounds for the Heat. Duncan Robinson poured in 21 points while Tyler Herro dropped in 20 points. Bam Adebayo added 19 points along with eight rebounds. 
     Stephen Curry compiled a double-double of a game-high 36 points and 11 rebounds for the Warriors. Andrew Wiggins pumped in 23 points with eight rebounds. Draymond Green had 16 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists for a double-double.
