More Locals Taken In Third Round

     More South Florida high school football players were chosen in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft on Friday night. The event is being held in Cleveland. 
     Former Alabama and Central Florida defensive back Aaron Robinson was selected by the New York Giants with the 71st overall pick. Robinson played with the Deerfield Beach Bucks while in high school. 
     Tennessee wide receiver Josh Palmer was picked by the Los Angeles Chargers with the 77th overall selection. Palmer participated in his final two years of high school football with the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders and won two FHSAA Class 7A state championships in 2015 and 2016. 
     Wide receiver Anthony Schwartz was taken by the Cleveland Browns with the 91th overall pick. He won three FHSAA Class 5A state titles with the American Heritage Patriots in 2014, 2016 and 2017. Schwartz went on to Auburn University for three seasons.
