Timberwolves Shock Heat

     The Miami Heat were surprised by the Minnesota Timberwolves 119-111 on Friday night at Target Center. The Heat, who have lost three straight contests, finished off a four-game road trip against Western Conference teams. The Timberwolves entered the contest with the worst record in the NBA. 
     Miami(28-28) got a 37-26 lead at the end of the first quarter. Minnesota(15-42) charged back and and tied it 61-61 at halftime. The Heat had a slight lead of 93-88 after of three quarters. The Timberwolves had a 24-12 spurt to begin the fourth. 
     The Heat were guided by Jimmy Butler with 30 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists for a double-double. Trevor Ariza dropped in 21 points while Goran Dragic delivered 15 points. Bam Adebayo was able to contribute 17 points. 
     The Timberwolves got 24 points from Karl-Anthony Towns in the victory. Ricky Rubio added 17 points and Naz Reid poured in 16 points.
