Marlins Swim By Giants

     The Miami Marlins defeated the San Francisco Giants 5-2 on Saturday night at Oracle Park. Both clubs have won three games each in the season series. 
     San Francisco(13-8) scored first during the bottom of the fifth. Austin Slater grounded out to third for Alex Dickerson to score.  
     Miami(9-11) evened it up 1-1 in the seventh inning. Jon Berti connected with a solo home run to left-center field on a 0-1 pitch. 
     The Marlins tacked on four more runs in the top of the ninth to take the lead 5-1. Jesus Aguilar ripped a two-run homer to left-center field on a 0-1 count with Magneuris Sierra aboard for his second straight game with a home run. Two batters later, Corey Dickerson drove in Garrett Cooper on a triple to right. Berti came up next and hit a sacrifice fly to right field for Dickerson to cross the plate. 
     The Giants picked up one run in the bottom of the ninth. Mike Yastrzemski belted a solo home run into McCovey Cove beyond the right-field fence on a 1-2 pitch for his fourth homer of the season. It was the second straight contest that Yastrzemski had a home run.
