Chiefs Release Damon Arnette

     The Kansas City Chiefs have released defensive back Damon Arnette. He signed a reserve/futures contract with the team on January 21. He was arrested on Friday night in Las Vegas. 

     Arnette was drafted in the first round by the Las Vegas Raiders in 2020 and played 13 games over the past two seasons. He was with the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders as a wide receiver and defensive back. Arnette captured two FHSAA Class 7A state championships in 2012 and 2014.
