Heat Drive By Trail Blazers

     The Miami Heat knocked off the Portland Trail Blazers 115-109 on Wednesday night at Moda Center. The Heat make their next stop of their long road trip at Phoenix on Saturday. 
     Miami(24-15) had a slight 30-23 lead after one quarter. The Heat went on an 18-3 run during the second quarter and led 59-47 at halftime. Portland(14-23) had momentum early in the second half and were down 83-80 at the end of three quarters. Miami had a 15-2 spurt midway in the fourth quarter.to go up 105-92 with 3:58 left. 
      Max Strus drained in a team-high 25 points for the Heat. P.J. Tucker added 14 points with 10 rebounds for a double-double and Tyler Herro dropped in 16 points. Kyle Lowry, who was ejected in the final two minutes of the first half, had seven points and nine assists.
     Jusuf Nurkic compiled a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Trail Blazers. Anfernee Simons contributed a game-high 28 points and Norman Powell had 24 points.
