Heat Sail By Clippers

     The Miami Heat held off the Los Angeles Clippers 121-114 on Friday night at FTX Arena. The Heat began a stretch of playing four games in five days. They have been victorious in 12 of their last 13 home games. 
     Miami(32-17) got out to a 28-19 lead at the end of one quarter. The Heat were still in front 57-45 at halftime. Los Angeles(25-26) was unable to keep up as they were down by 25 points midway in the third. They trailed 96-80 at the end of the frame. The Clippers closed it to 117-113 with 33.9 seconds left in the fourth quarter. 
     Jimmy Butler chalked up a game-high 26 points along with nine assists and six rebounds for Miami. Gabe Vincent placed in 23 points, Duncan Robinson dropped in 16 points and P.J. Tucker drained 18 points. Bam Adebayo compiled a double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds. 
     Eric Bledsoe came off the bench with 19 points for the Clippers. Luke Kennard helped out with team-high 23 points.
