Heat Down Suns

     The Miami Heat surprised the Phoenix Suns 123-100 at Footprint Arena on Saturday night. The Suns entered the contest with the best record in the National Basketball Association. The Heat tied a franchise record with 22 three-point shots made.
     Miami(25-15) had a 33-29 edge after one quarter. The Heat outscored the Suns 38-21 during the second quarter and had a commanding 71-50 lead at halftime. Phoenix(30-9) could not gain any traction and trailed 98-79 at the end of three quarters. 
     Tyler Herro piled on a game-high 33 points for Miami. Duncan Robinson placed in 27 points after going 8-for-16 from three-point range. Kyle Lowry put together a double-double with 14 points and 13 assists. Max Strus was able to contribute 14 points.  The Suns were led by Devin Booker with 26 points while Mikal Bridges had 20 points
