Heat Step On Raptors

     The Miami Heat stopped the Toronto Raptors 104-99 at FTX Arena. The Heat moved up to second place in the Eastern Conference. 
     Toronto(21-20) was able to go up 30-27 at the end of the first quarter. Miami(28-16) got on a 11-2 spurt at the end of the quarter and led 58-51 at halftime. The Heat were still in front 80-75 after three quarters of play. The Raptors closed it to two points at 91-89 with 6:57 left in the fourth quarter. but Miami scored the next seven points and never gave up the lead.
     Jimmy Butler got his ninth triple-double with Heat of 19 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds. It tied him with LeBron James in franchise history. Bam Adebayo returned to the lineup for the first time since November 29 and fell short of a double-double with 14 points along with nine rebounds. Tyler Herro dropped in a game-high 23 points while Gabe Vincent added 15 points. 
     Fred VanVleet led Toronto with 22 points. Pascal Siakam contributed a double-double of 18 points and 10 assists. Former Heat player Prince Achiuwa compiled a game-high 15 rebounds along with six points. Chris Boucher had 23 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double.
