Sam Bennett Suspended

     Florida Panthers forward Sam Bennett has been suspended for three games by the National Hockey League Department of Player Safety. He made an illegal check to Cedric Paquette of the Montreal Canadiens during the Panthers game on Saturday. 

     Bennett was to play against his former team for the first time. He was traded by the Flames to Panthers on April 12, 2021.
