Former Miami Marlins pitcher Jorge Guzman has signed a contract with the San Francisco Giants. Due to the Major League Baseball lockout, it turns out to be a minor league deal.
Guzman was with the Marlins in 2020 and 2021 as a middle relief pitcher. He only made three appearances during thoss two seasons. Guzman surrendered eight earned runs in 2 2/3 innings for a career 27.00 earned-run-average.
