The Walt Disney Company has come to an agreement to buy all Fox Sports regional sports networks from 21st Century Fox. It would have to be approved by the United States Department of Justice.
Disney will become the new owner of Fox Sports Florida and Sun Sports in the state of Florida. They would have the television broadcast rights to the Miami Heat, Miami Marlins, Florida Panthers, Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning.
