Raptors Knock Off Heat

     The Toronto Raptors downed the Miami Heat 121-95 at Scotiabank Arena on Tuesday night. It was the first of two straight games between both teams at the same venue in Toronto. 
     The Heat now know that they will participate in the NBA Play-In Tournament next week. It will be the fourth consecutive season that the Heat will be involved. 
     Toronto(44-35) ran out to a 32-27 advantage by the end of the first quarter. The Raptors remained in front 64-51 at halftime. 
     Miami(41-38) kept up the pace for most of the third quarter, however they were down 94-76 at the end of the frame. Toronto came out with a 6-2 spurt to begin the fourth quarter. 
     Andrew Wiggins led Miami with a team-high 24 points. Tyler Herro was able to contribute 14 points while Norman Powell scored 14 points.
     Scottie Barnes dropped in 25 points along with eight rebounds for the Raptors. Brandon Ingram placed in 23 points and R.J. Barrett finished with 16 points in the victory.
